Imaging; Xray & Ultrasound
Our on-site pet imaging facilities, including x-ray and ultrasound, allow our veterinarians to investigate health concerns quickly, safely and comfortably for your pet.
Pet x-rays
Our digital radiology x-ray system produces high quality images at lower exposures, improving both patient safety and diagnostic accuracy. This technology helps us identify bone fractures and joint problems with exceptional detail.
Pet x-rays are commonly used to assess:
- Bone and joint injuries
- Heart and lung conditions
- Digestive tract blockages
- Dental or oral concerns
Because all imaging is performed on site, results are available quickly, helping us start treatment sooner when your pet needs it most.
Gentle, pain-free pet ultrasound
Pet ultrasounds provide a safe and painless way to examine soft tissues and internal organs. Our facility is led by Dr Will Gartrell, who completed additional advanced training in diagnostic ultrasound.
Pet ultrasound is ideal for assessing:
- The abdomen, liver, spleen, or kidneys
- The bladder and reproductive organs
- Heart structure and function
- Monitoring ongoing conditions
Ultrasound is often used alongside x-rays to give a complete, non-invasive view of your pet’s health, or alongside an exploratory surgery.
