Taking the worry out of having a pet

When your pet is injured or unwell, or just seems not quite right, a consultation with one of our team can be arranged by phone or through our on-line booking system. If it is urgent, we will always make the time to see your pet as soon as possible. For some patients and clients who may not be able to visit the practice, we are able to provide tele-health consultations.

If they are anxious, we will provide a bandana sprayed with calming pheromones to help ease their stress, and diffusers with the same pheromones run in our consulting rooms. Alternatively, we have an outdoor consulting space which is often better for our anxious patients.

When we’ve asked some questions and performed a thorough examination, we will come up with a plan for treatment or further diagnositics.

Such good staff. Called around with inquiries when my pup was getting get vaccinations, and this was the only vet clinic who happily answered all my questions no matter how stupid they were. Had her last vaccine done here and her desexing on Friday, and they didn't even care this morning when I rocked up unannounced with my pup cause I was worried - she was seen straight away and the vet and vet nurses were so lovely and informative and 100% made me feel a lot calmer.
